Online Training Plans
Specifically designed for those runners who may benefit from utilizing a pre-set training plan to further their readiness for a goal race. These plans have been thoughtfully developed and cater to runners who may be working towards a specific distance for the first time.
We designed this plan for two purposes: (1) to help athletes (that’s YOU!) prepare for their first 50 km race or (2) to help athletes who have already completed a 50 km race but want to try their hand at competing or improving their time with a structured training plan. We designed this as a 20 week program. The first 19 weeks lead up to race day and the final week is our suggestion for recovery.
