1. Route information and guides to navigate and pace as needed

2. Packing list of what you will need (running gear, vest or belt, bottles, mid run snacks)

 

 

3. Post-run refuel: Food, ready for you post-run

4. Meeting locations for the trail head and driving directions

Level: All levels

Distance: TBD

2018 Trip Dates and Details

June 2: norvan falls - NOrth VAncouver 

Level: Beginner Friendly, with some hiking and trail running experience required

Distance: Estimated 16km route with between 300 and 400m elevation gain

Time: 3-4 hours

July 28: Skagit Valley

Level: Intermediate to Advanced 

Distance: Estimated 35-40km with up to 1500m elevation gain

Time: Up to 8 hours 

August 10-12: Retreat - Manning Park

Level: All levels 

Distance: 2 days of trail running, please see Retreat page for full information

Time: 1 long run Saturday (8+hours) and another shorter run Sunday (3-4 hours)

 

Prepare for the day

In the week prior to your Adventure Day with us we will provide an email outlining your packing list and required gear. As the days vary in distance and elevation we will have different mandatory gear for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced days. A route description will also be included in this email. 

Please notify Pacific Pine Running Co. if you have:

1. any allergies or dietary restrictions as we will also be preparing your post run re-fuel foods

2. persistent injuries or concerns with the distances or times

3. or if you have not previously completed the distances noted for your adventure day  

Each runner is responsible for carrying their own water, fuel while running, and necessary gear (roughly the 10 essentials).
